2. Can I get some samples?
Yes, you can buy the samples for quality checking.
3. Do you have the productions in stock?
No. All productions are to be produced according to your order including samples.
4. Do you customize motor?
Yes, we can customize the motor cover, motor axle length & diameter, motor power, motor size, etc. Please feel free to let us know your requirements.
5. How to control the motor quality in each production procedure?
1. All the incoming materials are quarantined then in full inspection for each lot.
2. Product performance and functional test during assembling fit.
3. Safety package test.
4. Documentation system to track from shipment backwards to production and material used.
6. What's the delivery time?
After the advanced payment confirmed,
- Stock products: 5 working days.
- Sample: 7 working days.
- Bulk order: 20 working days.
Detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.

8. How to pack the motors safely for transportation?
1.Each sample motor is packed well in EPS foam and then into a carton box.
